This Privacy Policy sets out how Able AI Pty Ltd (ABN 48 678 554 035), trading as TenderPilot (“TenderPilot”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information. By providing personal information to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We may update this Policy from time to time by publishing the revised version on tenderpilot.ai.

- Third-party services: If external AI services are used (e.g. language models, compliance checkers), they process data only to fulfil your request, not to build or improve their own systems.
